Came across the new Linkswell T Style 12” Radio for the new Jeep Wrangler JL’s on YouTube. Instantly fell in love.... Decided to look for a distributor to buy it from. It was a Saturday and I had a few questions to ask first so the only distributor open on a Saturday was ADC Mobile. Gave them a call and had a amazing conversation w/ a gentleman name Walt. He gave me probably the most honest product review ever. Decided to buy from them. Fast forward 2 weeks later. Found a installer in my area recommended from the Linkswell site. Since the radio is so new and has so many features, the installer didn’t adjust my amplifier properly, so I had crazy annoying feed noise coming from my soundbar and speakers. I tried to reach out to the Linkswell technician but didn’t get a call back soon enough and the feed noise was unbearable to drive with. So I decided to call Walt. MAN can I tell you this guy is a LIFESAVER....he is a LIFESAVER!! I took pictures of my amplifier for him and he got on the phone with me for almost an hour(mind you people are calling his phone constantly and he is telling them he will call them back after helping me out). He sat on the phone with me and guided me and made sure my sound was perfect. Being a female who isn’t very auto tech savvy, he made it seem so easy and seamless. On top of everything else, he made me feel my need was a top priority even though I knew people were calling his phone constantly needing his help also. If anyone is ever in doubt of buying ANYTHING from the ADC Mobile site or this Linkswell T Style Radio, don’t be. Walt makes thing so seamless and easy for anyone to understand. So if you have any hesitation, just go forward it. Walt will have your back ever step of the way.read more

I’ve purchased my linkswell a few weeks ago and I decided to install it myself through the ADC Mobile YouTube tutorial... I must say Walter did an excellent job explaining the steps and it was a simple installation. I didn’t purchase my linkswell from ADC but Walter was still kind enough to help me me on the weekend when linkswell tech support is not available for a programming issue I had it took him 5min. I did quite a bit of research on T-Style Radios before settling on ADC Mobile. Two things made up my mind:First (and... most importantly) was Walt. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. And I sincerely mean that. He was there for me whenever I needed him and stuck with me until everything was working perfectly. He did whatever it took to get me up and running including making himself available evenings, weekends and holidays. I can't tell you the peace of mind I have knowing that Walt is there backing up his products.Second is the product itself. It fit perfectly in my F-350 and looks and works beautifully. On top of that, the company stands behind their products. I found a software glitch and they turned out a fix in just a few days, and over Christmas no less! I also added the Multi-CAM module, the bed camera and the remote trailer camera, and along with the backup camera they all work great!I can't recommend Walt and ADC Mobile strongly enough! My experience was hands down the best company I have ever did business with. I only dealt with Walt through email and 1... phone call but the honesty and the quick replies (literally have answers back in less than 10 minutes) was phenomenal. He also sold his Last GMC Gen 4 T Style radio a couple days before I got mine ordered and to keep the shipping time fast he drop shipped one straight from the factory. He says 2 stars installation on the unit and boy was he right the whole process was simple even someone with no experience could do the install in a reasonable amount of time. I came across ADC while looking for an option on upgrading my 2011 Silverado stereo system to include rear camera and... DVD along with some other options. I contacted Walt thru the page and let me tell you what the service is 2nd to none ! I placed my order over the phone and Walt told me if i had any questions on installation to just call him. Well it was a couple weeks before i could get a chance to do the install. GM1210 with front and rear cameras. What more can I add to the other posts. First, the Car Show GM-1210 is a wonderful unit that performs not only as... advertised but even better than expected. The REAL experience comes from dealing with ADC Mobile, specifically with Walt! In my many years as a consumer, I have never met someone who is as patient, gracious and accommodating as Walt. Being neophyte in auto electronics, I knew I was over my head when I opened the box. I had to call Walt numerous times a day for several days, all due to my own incompetence, and never pounced did he treat me as anything but a valued customer. 30-40 minutes at a time, and he made me feel as though I was his only customer. A real help, gracious and kind and never made me feel my incompetence. Walt is a gentleman, an ethical businessman and all around good guy.
