An OEM Ford upgrade cruise control kit for the 2008-2010 Ford Superduty trucks is a replacement steering wheel with cruise controls built-in. It is applicable to the F-250, F-350, F-450 & F-550 with diesel or gas engine and automatic or manual transmission. Dealer programming is required. Your vehicle cannot have any brake or ABS lights on in the dash for this cruise control to function.
