Autodimming 3.3″ Mirror Monitor w/Compass
Display Technology: The 3.3″ edge-lit 16:9 LCD provides a high-definition display of the rear of the vehicle through the mirror’s reflective surface via Gentex’s proprietary “transflective” coatings. The display is driven by a camera located at the rear of the vehicle, and is displayed on the left side of the mirror. The compass displays at all times in a very sharp, very clean green font in the upper left corner of the display:

Safety and Convenience: From a safety perspective, the Rear Camera Display Mirror should help reduce the risk of backup accidents, especially for vehicles with limited rear vision. Another benefit is the convenience associated with hooking up to boats, RVs and utility trailers.
*Please note that the video display mirror is intended to be used as a supplemental device for drivers and does not eliminate the need to check rearview mirrors or walk around the vehicle, should conditions warrant. When it comes to backing up safely, nothing beats walking around the vehicle prior to moving it.

Identical to Factory Equipment
This is the factory-original GM Rear Vision System for your 2007-2008 GM pickup and it’s available only from your GM dealer or through ADC Mobile. When you put your truck in reverse, the replacement Rearview Mirror displays a bright 3.5″ LCD that provides a complete view of everything behind your vehicle, with high-resolution Panasonic wide-angle camera. Compatible with all 2007-2008 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra models. This kit comes complete with factory original upgrade mirror, factory tailgate bezel with integrated Panasonic wide-angle camera and tailgate lock option and shielded harnesses.

Gentex Autodimming Compass/Homelink Mirror with 3.5″ Monitor
HomeLink® capable with rear camera display, autodimming, Amber PRNDL light and Compass
Eliminate dangerous glare from the vehicles traveling behind you with an NVS® rearview mirror. It detects glare and automatically dims to preserve driver vision and make nighttime driving safer. The brighter the glare, the darker the mirror becomes.
An ICE indicator will display for one minute when the temperature is at or below 37 degrees. This feature cautions you to anticipate road-icing conditions.
Compass and external temperature readouts also ensure that while you are driving safer you are also driving smarter.

Display Technology — The liquid crystal display (LCD) appears through the mirror’s reflective surface via Gentex’s proprietary “transflective” coatings and lighting techniques. The result is a bright, high-resolution display in an intuitive location. The display is driven by a camera located at the rear of the vehicle, and is displayed on the left side of the mirror.
Safety and Convenience* – From a safety perspective, the Rear Camera Display Mirror should help reduce the risk of backup accidents, especially for vehicles with limited rear vision. Another benefit is the convenience associated with hooking up to boats, RVs and utility trailers.
